Greetings to my readers.

With an undisclosed illness, and my computer on the fritz, I've been unable to update myself with the current lawsuit against Mr Caruso.

Many kudos go to Lacyleanne, and her blog "A crazy little thing called david caruso -
thoughts and considerations....". I found her recent posting, while I'm trying to updated my blog.

Posted here, are links to the recent events of the lawsuit, from Lacyleanne and other sources.

I can't help but laugh, as I had my doubts about the lawsuit's founding. Liza Marquez files suit against David, after a year they broke up. Accusing him of soulless abuse, with little in the way of proof. Once it came out, about the court date changes for the child custody hearings, she began a rampage of lawsuits and forcing others to become defendants.

Then, Miss Marquez, begins to drown in her own tidal wave of filth. Starting with the nanny, Maria Vianey Guadron, counter-suing her for "emotional stress" among other things.

Now, we're told that Liza Marquez drops the whole lawsuit without any reason as to "why".

Though I'm happy to hear this, I still feel 'betrayed' after all this time. Being the CarusoCrusader, I stayed up for months in tracking down Mr Caruso's deranged stalker, in hopes to protect those she placed a death threat against, like Liza Marquez. I know, you all heard that before, but I can't stop wondering if the stalker's actions laid heavy on their relationship ...


As I despise her, for what she has done, I can only hope she's aware of the 'countless others' who saved her life. The fans of David Caruso, who cared enough, to sacrifice their time and sanity in the capture of his deranged stalker.
Let us hope, she knows this, and this fact prevents her from discharging slander again...
